Our Company, which has been offering high technology solutions to some of the world’s leading brands since 1989, is an innovative industrial enterprise that designs and manufactures plastic parts, molds, electronic cards and related products as needed by different industries, in particular, white appliances and automotive.
We have witnessed many things changing in the past 35 years, but the principle of integrity and our commitment to what we do are continuing to light the path we walk, like the first day. In the first years of our establishment, we were acquainted with the white appliances industry and, started to manufacture plastic parts for Arçelik branded ovens. And in the subsequent years, we have become a preferred supplier of many white appliance manufacturers locally and internationally. We have not only brought many innovations in the field of plastics, but we also stepped into a different field in 2013 by means of making investments in the field of the production of electronics in order to diversify our product ranges and, be able to offer our customers integrated solutions. Based on the experience we have gained in the course of time, we are now able to product high technology products in different sectors from automotive to white appliances and, look at the future with hope feeling the same as we did on the first day. We extend endless thanks to our stakeholders who have been walking with us on this path.
Alpplas (then Alp Plastik), whose foundations were laid in Istanbul by Zekeriya ALP in 1989, started to produce plastic parts with four plastic injection machines. The company, which started to produce parts for the white goods sector shortly after its foundation; focused on the localization of the imported parts at that time, grew by proving itself in a short time.
Since the manufacturing site in Istanbul was not sufficient anymore, with the foresight of our founder Zekeriya Alp to make investments in Anatolia, the foundations of a new factory in Bolu were laid down and, our business in Bolu started production in 1998.
In order to further improve us and, enhance our capability of competition, we put into use the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in our facilities for the first time.
We made investments to establish a new factory in the Organized Industrial Zone, Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, where we started to manufacture electronics.
Putting into use the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System in the same year, we become one of the leading corporations that offer an integrated quality management system in this sector.
In order to meet the changing expectations of customers in the field of white appliance industry, we put into use the wet painting facility in our business in Bolu and, started to manufacture cosmetic components in the same year.
Putting into use the plastic injection facility in our factory in Istanbul, we started to manufacture products especially for our foreign customers.
In parallel with the increased business volume and, diversity of processes, we enlarged the facility of our Business in Bolu up to an enclosed area of 12,000 m2 with additional investments.
Enlarging our design activities carried out in our Electronics Business for many years, we established a R&D Center as a separate business unit, which is registered as the 617th R&D Center in Turkey.
Laying down the foundations of our second facility to manufacture electronics in the same year, we have established Acron Electronics and, then Boluplas, where we operate in the business field of plastics.
We have moved Boluplas into the new building constructed, which resulted in an increased manufacturing capacity.
Our company which started its commercial life in 1989 has completed its 30th year this year. We would like to thank everyone who supported us in achieving many successes in this long process.
We have completed the first phase of the Solar Power Plant (SPP) in our Bolu Plant.
